How to make soya poha

Step-1

boil soya nuggets, drain n cool it. grind it in mixer to make fine granules. In a pan, add ghee, cumin powder, curry leaves, onion n saute, then add all veges.add salt n turmeric with splash of water. cover n cook it . add spices corriander powder, red chilli n chat masala. lastly add soya grinding n peanuts. cook for 1 or 2 min on medium flame n tasty poha treat is ready. enjoy with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
