- Soya mini chunks (35gm)
- Veggies of your choice (i've used 100gm mix frozen veggies)
- Curry leaves
- Green chilli
- Mustard seeds
- Dry spices
- Lemon juice
- Ghee (5gm)
Cook the soya chunks in pressure cooker for 2 whistles. Add salt while cooking.
Once cooked, squeeze and drain the excess water.
In a separate pan, add ghee according to your macros. Add in the mustard seeds, chopped green chilli and curry leaves and let them crackle.
Add in veggies of your choice (i've counted calories from veggies). Add dry spices and salt as per your taste. Stir and cook till almost done.
Add in the soya chunks and some lemon juice. Mix everything together and cover it. Let it cook for 2 more minutes. Serve hot.
