Ingredients for Soya platter
- › Soya granules 20g
- › soya powder 50g
- › wheat flour 45g
- › sooji 35g
- › oil 10g
- › peri peri masala
Method
1. For Sooji halwa
2. Add 8g oil in pan . once it's hot add sooji and soya powder.
3. stir them together till the fragrance of soya is reduced. Meanwhile in other pan heat 3 times the water , add cardamom powder , stevia .
4. once soya frangnace is reduced and water is boiling mix all together and reduce it to desired consistency
