Soya peanut butter smoothie
- 25g Soya chunks or granules
- 1.5 tablespoon peanut butter (about 24g)
- 20g curd
- 20g soaked sabja seeds
- Water to get the desired consistency
Dry roast soya granules in a pan and grind it in mixie
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend
Add water to get the desired consistency.
I sprinkled coffee for garnish😄
You can alter the quantity of peanut butter according to your taste.
