  • Recipe Ingredients listSoya chunks -50 gm Green Peas - 30 gm Onion Raw - 50 gm Ginger Paste - 1 tbsp Garlic Raw - 8 gm Oil - 1 tbsp Cheese- half slice Salt as per taste Spices as per taste- Garam masala, chilli powder etc

Direction

Step-1

Grind soya chunks to make powder.

Step-2

Boil green peas and grind to make paste

Step-3

Grind onion, garlic, ginger to make paste

Step-4

Using above pastes and make a dough and shape it for kabab

Step-5

Put non stick pan on a medium flame and apply oil using silicon brush

Step-6

Now put kababs on the pan and let it fry for one minute and then flip it to get it fried on the other side

Step-7

Put cheese pieces on the kabab and let it melt a little

Step-8

Now your yummy and healthy kabab is ready to serve
