Soya Granules - 40 g
Tomato -200g
Onion - 50 g
Red chilli as per taste
Black pepper powder as per taste
Oregano mix as per taste
Wheat pasta -50g
Handful of chopped coriander leaves
Direction
Step-1
In a pan boil pasta with little bit of salt until cooked properly. Remove water once cooked
Step-2
In another pan boil soya granules for 2-3 min and remove water
Step-3
In the same pan add finely chopped onion, tomato, red chilli, salt, pepper and boiled soya granules together . Cook this for around 8-10 min on medium low heat
Step-4
Add oregano mix and handful of chopped coriander leaves to it
Step-5
Add pasta to the above mix and let it cook for 2 min. Pasta is ready
