- 50gm Soya
- 50gm Wheat Flour
- 1tsp Ginger garlic paste
- Turmeric, Chilli powder, Coriander powder, Garam masala
- 1Tsp Lemon juice
- 5gm Oil for roasting
Boil Soya, Squeeze the water and grind in the mixer.
Add all the other ingredients to the above soya mixture and make dough.
Make the parathas and roast on both the sides.
The above mixture makes 3 parathas of the size in the picture.
