Ingredients for Soya paneer veggie tikkis
- › 50 gm soya granules
- › 100 gm paneer
- › vegetables : cauliflower, cabbage, capsicum, onion
- › ginger garlic paste
- › basic spices : red chilly powder, turmeric, Coriander powder, lemon juice
- › 10 gm olive oil
Method
1. Steam all the vegetables
2. Grind the soya granules in a mixer to make flour.
3. Grate the paneer
4. Add all the steamed veggies in mixer and grind them.
5. Add ground soya chunks, grated paneer , veggies , GG paste, all the spices and mix everything well.
6. Make tikkis and shallow fry them on a flat pan.
