Soya paneer veggie tikkis
- 50 gm soya granules
- 100 gm paneer
- vegetables : cauliflower, cabbage, capsicum, onion
- ginger garlic paste
- basic spices : red chilly powder, turmeric, Coriander powder, lemon juice
- 10 gm olive oil
Steam all the vegetables
Grind the soya granules in a mixer to make flour.
Grate the paneer
Add all the steamed veggies in mixer and grind them.
Add ground soya chunks, grated paneer , veggies , GG paste, all the spices and mix everything well.
Make tikkis and shallow fry them on a flat pan.
