  • Recipe Ingredients listPaneer - 250 gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listSalt as per the taste
  • Recipe Ingredients listChilli powder
  • Recipe Ingredients listCoriander powder - 2 tb spoon
  • Recipe Ingredients listMint leaves powder - 2 spoon
  • Recipe Ingredients listIsabgol - two spoons
  • Recipe Ingredients listFresh coriander three spoons
  • Recipe Ingredients listGaram masala as per taste
  • Recipe Ingredients listGinger - one inch
  • Recipe Ingredients listGarlic - 10 pods or more as per taste
  • Recipe Ingredients listGreen chilli- 2
  • Recipe Ingredients listGhee - 5 gms

Direction

Step-1

Boil the soya chunks and grind nicely with ginger, garlic and green chilli.

Step-2

Grind the paneer as well , it will help in bonding well if you grind the paneer instead of crumbling.

Step-3

Mix soya , paneer and rest of the ingredients and make equal size balls and flatten those balls with the help of your fingers.

Step-4

Finally roast them on non stick tawa or grill pan . Just smear the pan with ghee or butter with the help of brush. Very little ghee is required.

Step-5

I made each tikki of 32 gms and seven tikkis are enough to complete 40 gm of Soya and 75 gm Paneer and it’s very light and yummy 😋
