Direction

Step-1

Boil soya chunks. Squeeze it and grind it in a mixer grinder. Add 50 gm paneer, spices and coriander leaves to the soya. Dip bread in water and squeeze out all the water. Crush it and add it to the soya too. It is a great binding agent. Mix well and make small tikkis. Take a non stick pan, put ghee and cook tikkis from both the sides. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.

This looks great, 30gm protein for 362 calories. Looks like a try. I dont like soya but, how did it taste! Can you actually feel taste u r eating soya?
