Soya Paneer tikki!
- Soya chunks 35 gm Paneer 50 gm Bread slice 1 Salt Jeera Red chilly powder Coriander leaves Ghee 5gm
Boil soya chunks. Squeeze it and grind it in a mixer grinder. Add 50 gm paneer, spices and coriander leaves to the soya. Dip bread in water and squeeze out all the water. Crush it and add it to the soya too. It is a great binding agent. Mix well and make small tikkis. Take a non stick pan, put ghee and cook tikkis from both the sides. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
