Ingredients for Soya Paneer methi Thepla
- › 100 grams multigrain atta
- › 100 gram Paneer
- › 30 gram soya atta
- › 50 grams fresh methi leaves
- › 100 grams curd for raita
1. Knead all above using little water. Rest it for an hour. Use a rolling pin and roll it thin and fry on tawa brushing ghee on either side. once cooked have it hot with raita.
