How to make Soya Paneer Loader

Step-1

Soak the soya chunks so that they are moist, cut veggies and then take a pan, switch on the flame add oil then chopped garlic and then the soya chunks, let them cook for 5 mins then add veggies to it and then salt and pepper and cover with lid on medium flame for another 5 mins. take paneer and sprinkle salt, red chilli powder, turmeric on it and either gril it or sautee in a pan, take out soya and veggies in a plate and put paneer on top and you are done.
