Ingredients for SOYA PANEER KATHI ROLL
- › egg
- › paneer
- › wheat flour
- › soya granules
- › onion
- › tomato
- › ghee
- › dal
Method
1. grimd soya granules and add wheat flour to it
2. use dal and water to knead the dough
3. heat ghee add onion, tomato and spices . Make a thick gravy and add paneer chunks to it
4. use the dough to make chapati
5. whisk egg in a bowl and pour onto the tava, while the egg is being cooked out the chapati on tje top of it.
6. serve as shown in the image
