soya granules - 40 gms
paneer - 40 gms
Cheese - 20 gms
Salt - as per taste
chilli powder/green chillies - As per taste
Ajwain (optional) - As per taste
Soak Soya Granules in hot water for - minutes
Squeeze the water from soya granules and put it in a bowl
Crumble or grate Paneer in the bowl
Grate Mozarella Cheese in the bowl
Add salt, chilli powder, ajwain and mix well to form a thick dough consistency. You can add veggies like grated carrot, beetroot, capsicum, lauki/ bottle gourd
Take a part of the dough and pat it into patties or shape you want to
Add it on the granite pan on low flame for minutes and turn over
Keep the other side for minutes and remove from pan
You can also place this in an oven. Pre heat oven at deg C. Place the patties on a baking sheet and toast it for minutes. Time depends on the thickness of the patties
