soya paneer chapati
- 70g paneer
- 25g soya chunk flour (powdered soya chunks)
- 50g wheat flour
- salt as per taste
combine all the ingredients to make a dough
divide the dough in 5 golf ball sizes
roll them with a rolling pin on a pvc food wrap or (mummy ka tarika)- ghee/oil cover
peel it off the wrap/ ghee packet and put it on a hot skillet (tawa)
no need to add any fats additionally as the paneer makes up for it
enjoy your hot soya paneer chapatis with any sabji, dal, curd or curry from your nutrition chart.
can you say the difference between this and normal wheat chapatis? oh yeah! these are softer any tastier.
additional tip: no need to worry of your chapati does not blow like a ballon. they will still be soft. promise!
this makes a filling meal of 5 small size chapatis.
