Ingredients for Soya Paneer Appam
- › Soya Chunk - 20 gm
- › Paneer - 50 gm
- › Besan - 15 gm
- › Oil - 5 gm
- › Soya Masala
- › Salt
- › Chat Masala
- › Ginger Garlic Paste
- › Lemon
Method
1. Step 1 : Boil Soya chunks and drain excess water. Grind soya chunks in mixer. Step 2 : Cramble Paneer and add besan, spices, ginger garlic paste Step 3 : Mix all and make a dough. Make small ball shapes Step 4 : Heat appam pan , grease with oil and place the appam balls in the pan on medium flame. Step 5 : After 2 to 3 minutes turn the balls to other side. Once the color of the balls change, its then ready to serve.
