Ingredients for Soya Pancake
- › soya chunks - 50gm
- › egg whole - 2
- › white egg - 1
- › peanut Butter - 1 tablespoon
- › tea - 250 ml
1. take 50 gm soya chunks and grind them raw and make a smooth mixture.
2. take eegs and mix it to the soya powder. add some salt to taste.
3. prea heat a pan and some 1 tablespoon of ghee
4. put a mixture into pan and cook it for 2-3 minutes on a medium to low flame. turn back and do the same.
5. add some peanut butter.
6. u can have a tea along with cake. if it's fit your macros
