How to make Soya pakoda
Step-1
Boil soya chunks in hot water for 5 min
Step-2
Keep the chunks soaked for another 10 min
Step-3
Drain the water and squeeze the soya chucks until the soya is completely dry
Step-4
In a grinder add soya and all the ingredients
Step-5
Transfer in a bowl and make small balls
Step-6
Place them in the air fryer for 15 - 20 in until crispy
Step-7
Server with yogurt or chutney
