soya on sauted vegetables
- soya patty 40 grms
- mixed vegetables - spinach, carrot, peas, green beans, green, red, yellow bell peppers - 200 grms
- salt, pepper, mixed italian herbs
- ghee/olive oil 10 grms
In a pan, boil some water, add salt, when the water is boiled, add the soya patty. soak it for 5 mins and then in a strainer strain the water, and squeeze the soya patty.
while soya is getting boiled, sauted the mixed vegetables in 5 grm of oil/ ghee till cooked along with salt, pepper and herbs and keep them in a plate. don't over cook them, there need to be some crunch in the vegetables.
in the same pan, sauted the squeezed soya patty in 5 gm of oil/ ghee, salt , pepper and herbs. fry them till it gets golden brown.
place it over the sauted vegetables and enjoy your meal.
Ps- macros of vegetables not counted, as most of them were green vegetables.
