How to make soya omlet
Step-1
soak soya chunks in hot water for 10 mins
Step-2
drain the water ans let it cool
Step-3
grind the chunks in mixer jar
Step-4
meanwhile mix onion, 3 eggs, salt, coriander leaves, green chili beat well untill salt gets mix properly
Step-5
add the soya paste in omlet mixture
Step-6
hot the tawa and brush with oil.
Step-7
pour the mixture as dosa or chilla
Step-8
serve hot hot
