Ingredients for Soya Oats chilla
- › 40 gm Oats ( grind it as a flour)
- › 25 gm defatted soya flour
- › 2 gm ghee
- › salt
Method
1. Mix oats flour, soya flour salt with enough water.. as a dosa batter consistency..
2. In a non stick pan add ghee.. pour batter.. cook flip it cook both side.. tadaa ready to serve with green chutney..
