50gm tomato
150gm capsicum
50gm mushroom
30gm rice
30gm Soya chunks
5gm Soya sauce
dried mixed herbs 5gm
Direction
Step-1
Chop all veggies in small pieces. soak Soya chunks in warm water for 10mins.
Step-2
In a pressure cooker, add rice, Soya chunks, veggies. add salt, black pepper, Soya sauce and dried herbs (thyme, oregano and basil). cook for 2-3 whistle and serve hot.
