  • Recipe Ingredients list2 Green chillies (chopped)
  • Recipe Ingredients list1tsp Coriander powder
  • Recipe Ingredients listsalt as needed
  • Recipe Ingredients list1/4tsp Red chilli powder
  • Recipe Ingredients list5 gm Wheat flour
  • Recipe Ingredients listpinch of Garam masala
  • Recipe Ingredients list1/4 tsp Turmeric powder (optional)
  • Recipe Ingredients listcoriander leaves (chopped)
  • Recipe Ingredients list10ml Butter

Direction

Step-1

In a large bowl mix all ingredients excluding Butter.Knead a smooth dough.

Step-2

Divide the dough into two equal parts or balls.

Step-3

Roll out one ball with rolling pin and place it on hot tawa.apply the little butter.cook it from both sides nicely.

Step-4

Serve the hot paratha with red garlic chutney and curd or relish it with hot cuppa of tea.

I have added 5gm wheat flour which is enough quantity for me to make smooth roti with rolling pin.plz read the recipe carefully all dry spices helps aata to bind firmly.

soya atta don't lend itself well for rolling with pin. it doesn't get glued like normal wheat atta. how do you do that
