Soya chunks flour/ defatted soya flour 40gms

Carrot, cabbage, ginger ,garlic , green chilli ,spring onion, pepper salt

Step-1
Mix maida ,soya flour and salt. Knead the dough and let it rest for 30 mins. By the time saute ginger, garlic, chilli, spring onions, cabbage and carrot in oil. Do not over cook. Add salt and pepper. Momos stuffing is ready
Take small size dough , roll gently and add the
Momos stuffing to it after that start pleating and sealing it. Place in steamer and Steam for 10 mins. Momos are ready to eat.
