Ingredients for soya momo
- › soya 30 grams
- › wheat 40 grams
- › oil 2 grams
- › cabbage
- › onion
- › garlic
- › ginger
- › Black pepper
Method
1. Boil the soya chunks wash it sqeez out all the water
2. grind soya chunks coarsely
3. grind cabbage as well
4. take a pan and add 2gm oil (adjust as per your macros)
5. add garlic and ginger (use lot of it)saute it
6. add cabbage and onion and black pepper powder
7. now add grinded soya .... and let it steam this is your momo filling
8. now take wheat flour ( you can take maida as well ) according to macros roll small puri and make momos of any shape ...
9. steam it in idli steamer or momo steamer
10. serve with momo chutney
