Ingredients for soya mix veg
- › Cauliflower-200 gm Capsicum-100 gm Carrot -50 gm Peas -50 gm Tomato -100 gm Onion - 100gm Soya chunks -100 gm
1. Step 1- heat 15 gm of oil in a kadhai , now add onions and green chilli and saute till the onions gets golden brown . Step 2- now add tomato and other vegetables and add salt ,pinch of black pepper ,coriander powder, turmeric,red chilli and add boiled soya chunks in it and give it a quick mix cook for 15 mins and then add garam masala to the sabzi cover n cook for another 5 mins till the desired consistency is attained. You can add a little water if you want it to be a gravy recipe
