SOYA MINI PIZZAS ❤️
- soya chunks powder 40g
- maida 8
- tomato 15 g mozzarella cheese 25g
1)in a bowl take soya+maida+salt+mirchi 2)mix them with hot water, make into a dough
3)now make small patties like, n pre heat oven or air fryer at 180 degrees for 2--3 min.. then place those patties in air fryer for 6--8 min.. 4)after u feel they are cooked well , remove them arrange in a microwave plate.. on that I kept mozzarella cheese. tomato n chillie.. microwave it for a min.. 5)they r ready
6) u can serve with any chutney or sauce here I am not mentioning the macros of chutney / sauce, I liked it plain only..
