Ingredients for soya milk shake
- › Soya chunks 40gms
- › Mango 130 gms
- › Milk 150 ml
- › Mixed nuts 5gms
1. Soak the soya chunks in hot water for 5 mins and then squeeze the excess water out. Put all the above ingredients in blender and blend till the mixture is smooth And thats it!!! Additional notes: You can replace mango with any fruits like banana/ strawberries/ muskmelon/ apple If you want to use less milk and you don't want a very thick consistency, add a little water and sugar free as per taste.
