Ingredients for Soya Masala Parathas
- › Soya chunk -95 gm Wheat -130 gm Oil-10 gm Onion - 1 Garlic -4 Lemon Maggie masala
Method
1. Step 1: Take the total soya quantity (95gm in my case)for the whole day along with total carbs (130 gm of wheat in my case ) Step 2: Maggie masala ,garlic ,lemon ,onion acc to taste Step 3: Grind everything together Step 4: Make a dough Step 5: Proceed to make rotis or parathas acc to your daily oil quantity It will come around 9-10 parathas which you can divide throughout the day Have it with curd and veggies
