How to make soya manchurian
Step-1
In a bowl add hot water with salt and bool the soya chunks for 5 min..You can microwave it too for 3 min
Step-2
Strain the water from the soya and squeeze each soya chunk until dry
Step-3
Once dry sprinkle some rice flour until each soya chunk is lightly coated( I used approx 1 tbsp of rice flour )
Step-4
In a pan take some olive oil add garlic and saute
Step-5
Add onion capsicum and saute
Step-6
Add soya chunks and saute until they turn a little golden brown
Step-7
Add all the sauces and give it a nice mix
Step-8
Last add cilantro and spring onion
Step-9
I dint add salt because the sauces had salt
