Ingredients for soya laddu
- › soya chunks 50 gm , paneer 50 gm , jaggery 15 gm and ghee 15gm
Method
1. boil soya chunks for 5-7 mins, squeeze water out of soya by applying gentle pressure now grind soya chunks .
2. grate paneer and add it in soya chunks mix them well now take non stick pan use 15 gm of ghee and cook mixture of soya and paneer for 7- 10 mins .
3. now u can use fine particles of jaggery known as shakkar and add in the mixture after mixing it well when u can see melted jaggery in soya paneer mixture u can roll handful of mixture and make its laddoos.
