Ingredients for Soya- Kidney Beans Cheese Balls
- › Soya chunks - 30 g
- › Kidney beans - 30 g
- › Rice Flour - 10 g
- › Cheese - 30 g
- › Chopped Coriander - 2 tbsp
- › Chopped onion - 25 g
- › Chopped green chilli - as per taste
- › Powdered red chilli - as per taste
- › Chat masala - 1/2 tsp
- › Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp or as per taste
- › Salt as per taste
Method
1. Boil beans and coarsely grind them
2. Soak soya chunks in boiling water for 10 min and then squeeze out the excess water . Grind them coarsely
3. Mix all the ingredients except cheese
4. Divide the mixture into 6 equal sized balls and fill them with cheese
5. Preheat the airfryer/ oven at 180 C. Bake them for 15-20 min until crisp from outside
