Ingredients for Soya Kheema Slider
- › Soya granules - 20 grams
- › onion - 50 grams
- › Coriander
- › Burger bun
- › Oil - 5
- › Tomatoes - 25 grams
- › Mixed spices
1. Cook the soya granules first.
2. In fry pan cook 25 grams of the onions till golden brown and then add the chilly,tomato and spices.
3. Add the soya and adjust the spices if necessary.
4. Transfer the prepared Kheema into a separate dish.
5. Toast the Buns in the pan the Kheema was was made, so that it soaks up any remaining flavours!!
6. Put the Kheema into the bun and garnish with the remaining onions and lemon.
7. You could use sauces if they fit into your macros.
