Soya Khasta Kachori
- Soya flour 25 gm
- Potato 20 gm
- Ghee 5 gm
- A pinch of Hing, Red chilli powder, Dhaniya Powder
- Salt as per taste
- Green chillies and fresh Coriander leaves
Knead the soya flour with all the spices. Divide equally in 5 portions
Mash the potato and all green chillies, salt per taste and fresh Coriander
Take one portion of dough and spread it on your palm, keep potato filling into it and make a small ball, as we make for a paratha. Repeat for rest of the dough.
Heat Appa pan and roast them using the given quantity of ghee on a slow flame for 10 minutes or once they turn golden...
