Ingredients for soya khakhra
- › Soya chunks
1. Grind the soya chunks and make in powder of it.
2. I have used 20gm of soya chunk powder. Add hot water (1/8 cup approx). Mix it nicely and cover it for few minutes
3. Now make a small roti of it. I used plastic sheets to make roti of it
4. Roast it on tawa on medium to low flame just like a roti. It takes time. And voila! Your soya khakhra is ready. You can store them too.
