How to make soya khakhra
Step-1
Grind the soya chunks and make in powder of it.
Step-2
I have used 20gm of soya chunk powder. Add hot water (1/8 cup approx). Mix it nicely and cover it for few minutes
Step-3
Now make a small roti of it. I used plastic sheets to make roti of it
Step-4
Roast it on tawa on medium to low flame just like a roti. It takes time. And voila! Your soya khakhra is ready.
You can store them too.
