Soya granules 50 grams
Onion,garlic, tomato, ginger, green chili paste
Turmeric powder
Coriander powder
Salt
Red chili powder
Pav bhaji masala
Kasuri methi
Oil/ghee 5 gram

Step-1
Soak and boil soya granules. And drain excess water
Step-2
In a pan, heat oil, add jeera powder and curry paste, salt and spices and cook for 2-3 mins
Step-3
Add boiled soya granules and waterand cook for 5 mins
Step-4
Garnish with coriander and serve with pav, roti or rice
