How to make Soya kebab with Greek yogurt dip
Step-1
Boil soya chunks. Squeeze its water completely and grind it in a grinder to a thick paste. Also grind the onion and capsicum separately. Mix both of the paste with the spices. Also mix the defatted soya flour in it so that rolling on skewer becomes easy as the dough firm up. On a skewer roll out these kebabs with hands. Keep them in fridge for few hours for it to be firm(optional). Then fry them in air frier at 200 degree for 6 to 7 minutes, toss them once. I used around 1 gm ghee with a brush on the air fried kebabs. Serve it with 20 gm greek yogurt as a dip. Enjoyed my post workout snack with a cup of ☕
