- › Jwaar aata 35gm
- › Chaawal aata 5gm
- › Onion 30gm
1. Boil soya chunks
2. Grind soya chunks
3. Add onion salt red chilly powder and 35gm jwaar aata and 5gm rice atta
4. Mix them well and make small flat balls and bake them with 3gm ghee.
