How to make soya hara bhara kebab
Step-1
Step 1- squeeze all the excess water from the nuggets
Step-2
Step 2- in a mixie, add the nuggets, blanched spinach, chillies, ginger and chopped onion and make it to a paste
Step-3
Step 3- transfer the paste into a container, add all the powdered masalas and sattu
Step-4
Step 4- make small discs or Tikkis and roast on both sides with ghee on a hot tawa or an appe pan. ( I have used an appe pan)
Step-5
Step5- transfer on a serving dish, sprinkle some chat masala and lemon juice and serve hot with green chutney and onion rings.
