- soya chunks-30 gm
- ghee -10 gm
- peanut -5gm
- rava/sooji- 5gm
- elaichi powder pinch
Grind soya chunks to nice powder
Add 5gm ghee to kadai.
Once heated add peanuts, rava , soya powder and fry till it turns dark brown. You can nice aroma when fried in medium flame.
Add stevia and elaichi powder
Add 50 -75 ml of water to this mixture and cook for a minute. You can clearly see the mixture turning like halwa.Thats it!
It really tastes yum and it helps to satisfy sugar craving a lot during my monthly cycle time.
