Soya granules upma
- 50grams Soya granules pouded or grinded to chunky powder form.
- 5ml ghee
- 1/2 tsp jeera/rai
- Finely chopped vegetables like onion, capsicum, tomato
- Few curry leaves
- Salt to taste
- Red chilly powder
Boil soya granules for 5 mins and squeeze out the water using muslin cloth.
In a pan heat ghee and add rai, jeera. Add curr leaves, onion and other vegetables. Sauté until cooked
Add spices and salt and stir
Finally add soya granules and stir for a min on low flame.
