  • Recipe Ingredients list5ml ghee
  • Recipe Ingredients list1/2 tsp jeera/rai
  • Recipe Ingredients listFinely chopped vegetables like onion, capsicum, tomato
  • Recipe Ingredients listFew curry leaves
  • Recipe Ingredients listSalt to taste
  • Recipe Ingredients listRed chilly powder

Direction

Step-1

Boil soya granules for 5 mins and squeeze out the water using muslin cloth.

Step-2

In a pan heat ghee and add rai, jeera. Add curr leaves, onion and other vegetables. Sauté until cooked

Step-3

Add spices and salt and stir

Step-4

Finally add soya granules and stir for a min on low flame.

Step-5

Serve hot.
