Direction

Step-1

Boil 200ml water or 1:3 ratio of Soya granules

Step-2

Turn off the stove and add Soya Granules in boiled water , stir for 2 min keep it aside

Step-3

In another non stick pan add ghee , once smoke comes add green chilly, mustard seeds and onion

Step-4

Add veggies after onion turn golden brown , add salt, Maggie masala . Stir.

Step-5

Add soya granules, stir 2-3 min . Turn off the stove . Squeeze Lemon .
