How to make Soya granules Oats Potato chaat
Step-1
Lightly brush nonstick pan with ghee/ butter/ oil
Step-2
Roast raw oats & raw soya granules
Step-3
Sprinkle some salt & jeera powder on them
Step-4
Whisk curd with small pinch of salt and stevia ( consistency like lassi,,)
Step-5
Prepare mint coriander chutney ( mint leaves + coriander leaves + 1 small green chilli + 1-2 pods of garlic + salt + half tsp lemon juice)
Step-6
Divide roasted oats,soya granules in two portions and Arrange alternate layers
Step-7
First layer oats ,granules,almonds, black raisins
Step-8
Then cucumber tomato, sweetened curd ,mint coriander chutney, pomegranate seeds
Step-9
Top it with boiled potato sprinkled with salt , chaat masala, black pepper powder
Step-10
Add curd , mint chutney , pomegranate seeds
Step-11
Keep in refrigerator if you like it cold
Choice of ingredients is totally up to you, you can add or delete as per your macros
