How to make Soya granules meal

Step-1

* Soak soya granules in hot water for 10 minutes * Chop the vegetables into small pieces * Heat a pan with coconut oil, add onion, tomato & vegetables one by one, sauté them for 3 mins. * Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, sauté them for 2 mins in medium flame to remove the raw smell of the masala.

Step-2

Squeeze and add the soya granules to the pan ans sauté for 5 mins There you go the scrumptious meal is ready with in 10 mins

Step-3

Pair this delicious meal with curd or mint chutney
