Ingredients for Soya granules dosa
- › Soya granules - 25g
- › Chillies - 1
- › Coriander - a few leaves
- › Garlic - 2 pods
- › Onion - 25g
- › Besan - 1 tbsp
1. Soak the soya granules in water and rest it aside for sometime
2. After it grows in size a little bit and becomes soft, transfer it to a mixie jar
3. Add chillies, coriander, garlic and any spices you like
4. Blend everything together with a little bit of water for batter consistency
5. Add 1tbsp of besan, salt and onions to the batter
6. Make a nice dosa and enjoy the dish with some calorie free sauce!
