Soya granules 30gms green peas -15gms

Garlic cloves-3 green chilli-2

Step-1
Boil peas and soya granules for 5mins,strain it keep aside
Step-2
In a pan add ghee,garlic,green chilli,onions and tomatoes
Step-3
After 5-7 minutes of being gravy cooked add turmeric salt namak to taste
Step-4
Then Add granules and peas ,cook for 10minues
Step-5
Its ready garnish with corainder leaves and dash of lemon on top

Volla have your meal full of protein
