How to make soya Gobhi prantha ❤️

Step-1

Grind chunks and knead a dough with wheat and pinch of salt

Step-2

Make stuffing by adding Garam masla ,salt,amchoor,chilli ,grated cauliflower and keep aside

Step-3

Roll two rotis of the dough and spread the stuffing on one.Cover it with other roti and seal the sides

Step-4

Roll a bit to get desired thickness

Step-5

Place on hot tawa and fry it using 10ml ghee

Step-6

Serve hot
