How to make soya fried rice

Step-1

In 10 gm oil add 1 teaspoon mustard seed, 1 teaspoon jeera, hing, haldi , green chilly, curry leaves saute it well. Add 1 onion finely cut saute it till translucent add one tomato finely cut cook it till mushy. Add 1 teaspoon of biryani masala powder. Add salt as per taste. In this add cooked soya cook it for 5-10 mins. Once all extra water has evaporated add cooked and drained rice, cooke it for extra 5/6 mins.
